Xn Leisure launches Leisure Hub platform for gyms

Xn Leisure, a provider of IT solutions for the leisure industry, has created the Leisure Hub, a new self-service member platform that reduces the need for front of house staff in gyms.

The Leisure Hub, which lauched at Xn Leisure's National User Conference in June, is billed as a 'unique customer service package' and offers a range of features that enable members to interact with their health club.

It is designed to seamlessly integrate into a club's app or website and gives users complete control over their memberships, payment tracking and bookings.

The Hub also features a user-friendly interface, divided into nine sections: online booking, my payments, my memberships, my profile, my documents, my bookings, my debts, membership prices and marketing preferences.

Additionally, the platform can be translated into a number of languests, making it ideal for clubs and gyms with a varied demographic.
